These kinden are considered by many to be a stable half-breed of Ant and Beetle kinden. They are strong, hardy and very self-reliant. Unsurprisingly they are an Apt kinden, although they do seem to have a propensity or desire for powered flight.

Soldier Beetle Arts: Very little has been shown of the arts of Soldier Beetles, although it would seem likely that they are somewhat more sturdy and stronger than average. They do not appear to have either wings are gripping hands.
